Apple & Cherry wood smoked pork legs and shoulders are
‘pulled’ (shredded) by hand and amalgamated in a Vietnamese sauce of herbs and
spices. This pork mixture is then arranged in a flour tortilla and served with
lettuce, tomatoes, sharp cheddar and our homemade salsa verde. $7
